Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by the program registration deadline. A 30% deduction will be applied to the paid amount for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline date.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the cancellation date. BSCRS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment.

Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Banking Refunds

If a payment has already been charged to your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet and your cancellation request is approved, BSCRS will refund the charged amount, minus the 30% deduction, within 7-10 working days from the payment date.
