5. Payment for Registration

The registration fee for the BSCRS 2025 Conference will be collected through SSLCOMMERZ, the largest payment gateway aggregator in Bangladesh. By registering for the conference, you authorize BSCRS to process your payment via SSLCOMMERZ. BSCRS will not collect or store your payment details directly. All transactions will be processed securely through the SSLCOMMERZ payment platform.

6. Refund Policy :

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by the program registration deadline. A 30% deduction will be applied to the paid amount for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the cancellation date. BSCRS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment. If a payment has already been charged to your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet and your cancellation request is approved, BSCRS will refund the charged amount, minus the 30% deduction, within 7-10 working days from the payment date.

7. Content of the Service

BSCRS takes no responsibility for third-party content (e.g., viruses or other harmful components). We reserve the right to remove or refuse to distribute any content that violates these terms. Additionally, BSCRS may access, read, preserve, and disclose your information when necessary to comply with laws, respond to support requests, or protect the rights and safety of BSCRS and its users.

8. Advertising

As part of using this service, you agree that BSCRS may display advertisements and other relevant content on the website and within the conference platform.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the BSCRS 2025 Conference website, including but not limited to graphics, software, documents, articles, and tutorials, are protected by copyright.
